This exciting opportunity places you within a leading technology company’s Responsible Business Practices team, part of a larger group focused on trusted technology and corporate external and legal affairs. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the company’s business practices align with international standards and its commitment to human rights. Prepare to contribute to meaningful projects, produce impactful reports, and drive transparency in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate projects related to human rights and supply chain, focusing on communication, reporting, and data.
- Develop detailed project plans, assess feasibility, and integrate cross-functional activities.
- Cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships across departments and levels.
- Develop clear and compelling messaging aligned with the team’s mission and broader corporate initiatives.
- Write, edit, and produce various content, including reports, newsletters, technical documentation, and web content.
- Maintain and update business content on the team’s SharePoint site.
- Design and implement visual solutions for web interfaces and publications.
- Collect, manage, and analyze supply chain data to support human rights reporting and related communications.
- Maintain historical data for trend analysis and audit readiness.
- Generate data-driven insights to inform strategy and support decision-making.
- Collaborate on AI tool development to improve data capture, analysis, and visualization.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Design, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in non-IT project management, communications, content creation, and technical writing.
- Experience collecting, managing, and analyzing data to generate actionable insights.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft platforms including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Power BI, and Planner.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- PMI or PMP certification
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Subject matter knowledge of human rights and supply chain data.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $39.41 to $43.79 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
