Be a driving force in bringing groundbreaking XR projects to life within this renowned media giant. Collaborating closely with a dynamic team, you’ll oversee every facet of production, from concept to delivery, ensuring these immersive experiences reach their full potential and leave a lasting impact.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Senior Producer to manage the complete production lifecycle of XR projects, spanning the enterprise and creative divisions.
- Meticulously monitor and track detailed production schedules, guaranteeing all milestones are met with precision.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, status reports, and communication workflows, ensuring transparency and seamless collaboration.
- Support and manage project budgets, encompassing vendor contracts, procurement, and internal resource allocation.
- Diligently track expenditures and forecast project burn rates, aligning with departmental financial goals.
- Serve as the central point of contact for creative reviews, guiding all assets and experiences through the appropriate review channels.
- Facilitate prompt and transparent communication between creative, technical, and executive teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Deliver regular status updates, risk assessments, and key milestone reports to the Senior Producer and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to shepherd projects from initial concept to final delivery.
- Ensure alignment with the XR Studio’s strategic vision and the broader company objectives.
- Champion the adoption of cutting-edge production tools, pipelines, and methodologies, driving continuous improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in game production, film production, or XR production.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder creative projects on schedule and within budget.
- Solid understanding of immersive production pipelines and cross-functional workflows.
- Experience with budget tracking tools, project management platforms (e.g., Airtable, Smartsheets), and communication tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both creative and technical collaborators.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working within a large media, technology, or entertainment company.
- Familiarity with real-time 3D tools.
- Knowledge of XR hardware platforms.
- Passion for emerging technologies, storytelling, and interactive experiences.
Required Education:
- Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.22 to $65.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
