*Note: Need to be flexible to work day shift (9a-5:30p), mid shift (11a-7:30p) or nights (1:30-10p). Shifts are assigned a month in advance and would remain consistent for two weeks (i.e., they would work at least two weeks on one shift before switching to another). One days/week at 4151 Prospect Ave (alternates between Wednesday and Thursday). Within the next 6 months, the team will be moving to Burbank Center and will be required on-site 4 days/week (Mon-Thurs).

Join a leading entertainment company as a Post Producer working with a dynamic Marketing Operations team. You will play a vital role in shaping the final look and feel of marketing videos, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and resonate with audiences worldwide. As a Post Producer, you will oversee all aspects of video finishing, from color correction and titling to audio mixing and quality control. Collaborating closely with creative and production teams, you’ll ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality marketing assets. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a passion for visual storytelling, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with creative and production teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient workflow.
- Effectively communicate with post-production and creative teams, including vendors, creative executives, and designers, to ensure timely project completion.
- Manage the delivery and organization of graphics and other essential assets.
- Assign and distribute workloads to finishing teams, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and resource availability.
- Meticulously track production progress, documenting any challenges or issues that arise.
- Coordinate and participate in voiceover sessions, ensuring clear communication and direction.
- Update scripts to align with the final video output.
- Combine video and audio elements to create the final asset.
- Conduct rigorous quality control checks, ensuring adherence to brand standards, technical specifications, and creative vision.
- Secure final creative approvals.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance existing workflows.
Must-Haves:
- 3+ years of practical experience in Marketing Post Production or content Post Production; experience with marketing teams and streaming services a plus.
- Proficiency with Mac operating systems.
- Comprehensive knowledge of post-production processes, including color grading, online editing, visual effects, titling, and mixing.
- Strong understanding of various media formats, file types, EDLs, and delivery specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Strong work ethic and flexibility to rotate between day and night shifts, including some weekend work.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Offline editing experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or Apple Final Cut Pro.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.40 to $41.56 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
