Our brand-activation client is looking for a highly experienced and adaptable Brand Strategist to join their team on a temporary, as-needed basis. This fully remote role is perfect for a self-starter who can quickly grasp complex brand challenges and deliver high-level strategic guidance. Prior experience within the Spirits, Hospitality, or Luxury Brands sectors is a significant plus.

Location: Fully Remote (PST preference)

Engagement Type: Temporary/Contract, ongoing as needed

Hours: Initially, expect 5-10 hours per week, potentially increasing to 15-20 hours per week in the beginning phases of assignments.

About the Role

As a Brand Strategist, you’ll work closely with high-level Project Managers. Your primary focus will be on determining deck outlines and leading strategic output, ensuring our brand initiatives are clear, impactful, and aligned with client objectives. This is a hands-on role where your ability to hit the ground running and provide high-level strategic direction will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine comprehensive brand strategy outlines and presentations.
  • Translate complex client needs into actionable strategic frameworks.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure strategic alignment with project budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
  • Present strategic concepts clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
  • Provide high-level insights and direction on various brand-related projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Mid-Senior level with 5+ years of demonstrable experience in brand strategy.
  • Expertise: Proven ability to operate at a high strategic level and deliver immediate impact.
  • Industry Background (Bonus): Prior experience within the Spirits, Hospitality, or Luxury Brands sectors is a significant plus.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Work Ethic: Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting.
