Aquent Talent is partnering with a leading technology innovator to find a skilled and passionate Video Producer to join their Visual Communications team. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of creating engaging and informative video content that empowers users and simplifies complex concepts. Your work will directly impact how users interact with the platform and contribute to a seamless user experience.
As a Video Producer, you will own the entire video production lifecycle, from initial concept development to final delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the narrative and visual style of educational content for a massive audience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners, leveraging your expertise to ensure high-quality, on-brand videos that meet the highest standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Write compelling and informative scripts for educational videos.
- Manage all stages of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set production, post-production, and delivery.
- Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal creative, marketing, and legal teams, as well as external production companies, agencies, and creators.
- Oversee post-production workflows, including editing, color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, legal requirements, and quality standards.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in journalism, public relations, internal or executive communications, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Television Production, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in video production management, preferably within a fast-paced media or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write, understand, and interpret video scripts on complex technical products and features.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex video projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $66.70 to $74.12 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
