Be a driving force in this exciting role where you’ll:
- Assist in crafting product strategy for Collectibles/Fine Art, translating ideas into reality.
- Conduct in-depth research, analyze findings, and synthesize input from partners, culminating in compelling presentations and briefs.
- Continuously refine product lines by identifying successful strategies and understanding their impact.
- Oversee item setup within global systems, ensuring seamless product flow across vertical channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing to clear and effective communication.
- Coordinate artist signings, from curating assortments and managing contracts to engaging social media and scheduling.
- Maintain and update category line lists for both vertical and specialized channels.
- Contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment through professional growth.
- Support the Collectibles/Hardlines team on various projects, expanding your skillset and influence.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent Excel skills
- 0-1 years of experience in Product or Merchandising
- A genuine interest in product line development
- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for retail and brand merchandising
- Flexibility, adaptability, and ability to thrive under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive follow-through
- Positive attitude, responsiveness to feedback, and adaptability
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous event planning experience
- Experience building processes
Required Education:
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $28.05 to $31.17 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
