As the Marketing Orchestration Advisor, you will be the conductor of multiple marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact throughout the customer lifecycle.

This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for project management and a knack for streamlining processes. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing team, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
As a Marketing Orchestration Advisor, you will:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets, using project management tools like Wrike.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and roadblocks, escalating issues as needed.
- Facilitate clear communication and reporting mechanisms to keep stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing plans and address dependencies.
- Manage and maintain the team’s training portal, curating relevant learning opportunities and ensuring accessibility for all team members.
- Enhance and maintain the internal lifecycle team publication site, ensuring content is up-to-date and readily available.
- Run weekly team status calls to track progress, address challenges, and maintain momentum.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and five years of related work experience focused on project management and/or training, workflows, and documentation.
- Five to seven years of marketing experience, ideally in a marketing planning or project management role.
- Proven experience with project management tools, particularly Wrike.
- Experience with writing marketing standard operating procedures or similar documentation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Confluence or similar collaboration platforms.
- Experience with marketing transformation initiatives.
- A strong aptitude for relationship building and attention to detail.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.50 to $49.23 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
