As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of multiple, concurrent projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate complex technical landscapes, and ensure projects align with overarching business objectives. Your expertise in project management methodologies and your ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential to your success.
Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensive cost-benefit analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Communicate project status and key findings to the executive committee, providing clear and concise updates.
  • Create and maintain a project dashboard to track progress, identify potential roadblocks, and facilitate proactive problem-solving.
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects, optimizing team utilization and maximizing output.
  • Define and implement project governance policies to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
  • Manage the financial aspects of the program, monitoring budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Effectively communicate technical components of initiatives to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management and across organizational lines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with external vendors and internal resources to achieve project objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong team relationships and foster collaboration across organizational boundaries.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.90 to $51 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
