This exciting role will empower you to:

• Spearhead owned and operated marketing programs and campaigns.
• Support the planning and execution of cross-channel activations for seasonal campaigns, special events, and product launches.
• Analyze and present performance metrics, providing key insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with internal teams to activate placements and refresh creative campaigns.
• Partner with outbound marketing, design, advertising, and offsite marketing teams to develop effective cross-channel campaigns.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, demonstrating a capacity to manage various channel activations (email, social media, onsite, offsite, digital advertising, etc.).
• Proficiency with retail marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and demonstrate a bias for action.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to effectively prioritize work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $42.12 to $46.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
