As a Packaging Specification Specialist, partnered with Aquent, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of product information, impacting every facet of the business, from supply chain efficiency to customer satisfaction. This is an opportunity to make a tangible difference in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

This role calls for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to own the creation of packaging component and SKU specifications. You will be the central point of contact, coordinating with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and timely completion of specifications. Your meticulous approach will directly impact the efficiency of operations and the quality of information shared with sales teams and customers.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily creation and status of packaging components and SKU specifications, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
  • Interface with internal data management systems, directing workflow and tasks across departments.
  • Manage information flow to external systems used by sales teams and for customer communication.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects and timelines concurrently.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and suppliers.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines effectively
  • Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of SAP PLM

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.12 to $25.69 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
