As a Test Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional product development teams, conducting tests and evaluations of product prototypes against various standards. You’ll manage multiple projects concurrently, maintaining meticulous records of tests, procedures, and results. Your expertise in operating lab equipment and adhering to ISO 17025 procedures will be essential. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute your testing expertise to a company committed to quality and innovation.
 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional product development teams to test and evaluate product prototypes.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate completion and adherence to deadlines.
  • Maintain detailed records of tests, procedures, and results, reporting any unusual findings.
  • Safely operate laboratory equipment and adhere to ISO 17025 procedures.
  • Participate in laboratory and equipment maintenance and calibration.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives.
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience in a testing or laboratory environment.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and standards.
  • Proficiency in operating laboratory equipment.
  • Familiarility with ISO 17025 procedures
  • Excellent record-keeping and documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.19 to $51.33 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
