Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute operating process plans for machining and assembling parts within the Powertrain department.
  • Spearhead the planning, procurement, installation, trial, and launch of new machining and assembly lines.
  • Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring projects stay on track and within allocated resources.
  • Develop and refine standard tools and benchmarks to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both locally and internationally, to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and present activity plans and schedules to facilitate decision-making and prioritize projects.
  • Analyze critical manufacturing issues, identify root causes, and implement effective countermeasures.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or Engineering Technology or 5+ years equivalent experience
  • Experience in process engineering, including schedule and budget management (1+ Years)
  • Experience in planning, implementation, and production support for mass production lines (1+ Years)
  • AutoCAD experience (ability to read, interpret, and modify) (1+ years)
  • 3D CAD experience (ability to read and interpret) (1+ year)
  • Willingness to work overtime and travel (domestic and international) as needed, including potential weekend and holiday work.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in process engineering, including schedule and budget management.
  • 3+ years of experience in planning, implementation, and production support for mass production lines greater than 9K capacity per month.
  • 3+ years of AutoCAD experience including the ability to read, interpret, and modify.
  • 3+ years of 3D CAD experience including the ability to read and interpret.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $38.24 to $42.49 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
