Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Campaign Asset Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of marketing campaigns for a leading tech giant’s Services division. You’ll collaborate with creative teams, marketing strategists, and global partners, ensuring that every campaign element is flawlessly delivered and contributes to the company’s continued success. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of digital services marketing on a global scale.
As a Campaign Asset Manager, you will:
- Develop and maintain scalable processes, guidelines, playbooks, asset repositories, and training materials to support new initiatives and product launches across partner channels.
- Manage global forecasting, scoping, and production timelines, optimizing resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Craft clear and actionable creative briefs, collaborating with internal creative teams to guide asset development.
- Oversee asset deployment, tracking, quality assurance, and compliance to meet technical and creative standards.
- Collaborate with line-of-business marketing teams to identify key quarterly creative and messaging priorities.
- Analyze asset usage and performance data to inform future production and creative decisions.
- Partner with legal, marketing operations, line-of-business marketing, and creative teams to streamline workflows and ensure timely delivery.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum of seven years of experience managing asset production or campaign workflows within a global marketing organization.
- Experience collaborating with in-house creative teams and supporting development workflows.
- Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from briefing through execution and delivery.
- Strong forecasting and resource planning skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, coupled with strong communication and organizational abilities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $60.44 to $67.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.About Aquent Talent:
