As the Network Analyst, you will be essential to the daily operations and future of the network infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for the implementation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of network and security appliances. This role calls for a collaborative spirit, working closely with different teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality service. Your proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to continuous improvement will be vital to the success of this global organization.

This is a hybrid role in Chesterfield, MO. 2 days per week onsite. 

6+ months with potential to convert to a perm opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide support for diverse networking products and technologies, including routing, switching, security system management, load balancing, optimization, and security.
  • Troubleshoot network issues, identify single points of failure, and implement solutions to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor and analyze network performance, generating regular reports to identify and address potential bottlenecks.
  • Manage daily ticket maintenance, ensuring timely resolution of network-related incidents.
  • Proactively monitor real-time network conditions, swiftly responding to issues and outages.
  • Maintain and update network infrastructure components, including WAN Optimization, Wireless Controllers and Access Points, network switches, and packet tracer/analyzer software.
  • Contribute to the company’s ITIL Roadmap strategy.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, standards, and guidelines for data and wireless systems.
  • Implement corrective actions to enhance system performance, including occasional travel to off-site locations.
  • Actively participate in strategy and business meetings.
  • Participate in the 24/7/365 on-call rotation.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • CCNA enterprise certification.
  • 3+ years of experience in network technologies including:
  • Authentication solutions
  • Routers
  • SD-WAN
  • Wireless LAN Controllers and Access Points (multiple vendors)
  • Various switch platforms (Catalyst, Nexus, and others)
  • Network monitoring tools
  • Experience with multi-datacenter, multi-site network topologies and SD-WAN technologies.
  • Proficiency in networking technologies such as GLBP, HSRP, QoS, OSPF, BGP, NAT, VRF, VXLAN, 802.1x, PBR, and access lists.
  • Ability to manage policies, object groups, and provide end-user support.
  • Strong command of common Cisco command-line interface.

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Proactive approach to maintaining knowledge of the client’s computing environment.
  • Strong sense of urgency in resolving end-user issues.
  • Ability to minimize downtime through rapid diagnosis and resolution of problems.
  • Meticulous documentation of troubleshooting techniques.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Willingness to perform after-hours work for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled issue resolution.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $34.27 to $38.08 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
