Our client is looking for a strategic, hands-on marketing professional to support growth marketing efforts for the brand and lead marketing program execution across our Logistics portfolio. This individual will manage cross-functional initiatives to roll out brand positioning and guidelines, support marketing campaign development, and optimize channel execution to drive seller awareness, engagement, and adoption.

The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B marketing, program management, campaign execution, and brand implementation. They understand how to collaborate across teams, drive strategic clarity, and deliver marketing that is both creative and performance-driven.

This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite in Hoboken, New Jersey or San Bruno, California.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive cross-functional adoption of new brand positioning and guidelines across partner teams.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive growth marketing plans to support Marketplace and Logistics initiatives—defining campaign objectives, messaging strategy, and activation channels.
  • Support seller acquisition and engagement efforts through full-funnel campaigns across digital, owned, and content-driven channels (e.g., social, email, blog, site).
  • Partner closely with brand, digital media, events, creative, and operations teams to ensure consistent and strategic campaign execution.
  • Oversee their social media presence and content strategy to align with broader brand and business goals.
  • Analyze campaign performance and competitive landscape to inform ongoing optimization and future planning.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and marketing planning sessions to ensure clarity, alignment, and excellence in execution.
  • Manage project timelines and tactical execution of multiple concurrent marketing initiatives from planning through launch.
  • Coordinate with broader Marketing teams to ensure integration and alignment with enterprise initiatives.

What You’ll Need:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, acquisition marketing, B2B marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Have led marketing programs involving multiple stakeholders and owned execution from strategy through launch.
  • Are a proactive and organized project manager who can prioritize and deliver in a fast-moving environment.
  • Are data-driven, with experience measuring marketing effectiveness, defining KPIs, and using insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Understand creative production processes and are comfortable managing timelines, SLAs, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Have exceptional attention to detail and a strong eye for messaging, design, and user experience.
  • Are a strong communicator who can bring clarity to ambiguity, especially when gathering requirements or refining deliverables.
  • Thrive in collaborative environments and are excited to support both brand strategy and business growth.
