As the Global Event Demand Generation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving demand for global summits, collaborating with central and regional field events teams worldwide. You will own and optimize the go-to-market demand generation strategy, ensuring campaigns achieve lead generation and pipeline targets. Your expertise in multi-channel demand generation will be essential, encompassing email, paid and organic social media, site merchandising, and more. Responsibilities:
- Spearhead demand generation for global summits, partnering with field marketing teams.
- Develop, refine, and execute the go-to-market demand generation strategy to maximize lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Implement and optimize multi-channel campaigns across email, paid and organic social media, site merchandising, and other relevant channels.
- Leverage data and insights to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience.
- Collaborate with event and field marketing leaders to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
- Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and optimal results.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in demand generation, campaign management, digital marketing, and event management.
- Proven track record of building and executing strategic lead generation campaigns that drive customer acquisition and pipeline growth.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Marketo, Salesforce, and Workfront (mandatory).
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with global event management.
- Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $52.34 to $58.16 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
