The Tier 3 Analytics Program Lead will be instrumental in shaping how dealerships leverage data to enhance customer experiences and drive sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your analytical expertise with program management skills, making a tangible impact on a global scale.

As a Tier 3 Analytics Program Lead, you’ll be the central point of contact for the analytics agency partner, steering the roadmap for cutting-edge digital program initiatives and analytics capabilities. You will champion data integrity, optimize dashboard performance, and spearhead new analytics projects. This is your chance to be at the forefront of automotive retail innovation.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the relationship with the analytics agency partner, guiding project roadmaps, managing enhancements, and prioritizing features based on business impact.
  • Lead requirements gathering and project planning across teams, ensuring alignment on development roadmaps and key initiatives.
  • Ensure data privacy and compliance by conducting impact assessments, categorizing data, and mapping data flows.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to define success metrics, MVP criteria, and integration timelines for new dashboard features.
  • Uncover data-driven insights to enhance dealer consulting opportunities and training programs.
  • Lead pilot programs and feedback workshops for product enhancements, driving continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation, usage, and optimization of the analytics dashboard and other program tools.
  • Track and report on project milestones, risks, and resource allocation, keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Present business updates and performance trends to internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and agency to manage tag implementation, troubleshoot tracking issues, and ensure alignment across providers.
  • Support the Operations Manager with process documentation, audits, and other essential tasks.
  • Maintain reporting systems, vendor contact information, and distribution lists.
  • Develop and manage workflows to support program-wide analytics needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with automotive retail tools/platforms (e.g., Call Tracking, Vehicle Merchandising, Reputation Management).
Experience with the dealer-vendor ecosystem.
Strong understanding of paid digital advertising channels (SEM, Display, Social, Video).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint). Excel in particular must be very strong! 
Ability to manage and interpret complex datasets and dashboards.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

Familiarity with CDPs, digital media analytics, and audience curation.
Experience with data management processes and data ownership categorization.
Experience with less structured teams, independent work, and fluctuating priorities.

This is a hybrid role based in Warren, Michigan. The target hiring compensation range for this role is $90-95K per year. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
