This role offers a unique blend of project management, data analysis, and customer-centric thinking.
In this dynamic role, you will:
- Manage project milestones for A/B testing and qualitative research, ensuring projects stay on track and within scope.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration, navigating business requirements, technical dependencies, and platform limitations.
- Provide front-end QA support in preview and production environments.
- Address business partner questions and feedback, effectively communicating complex topics to non-technical audiences.
- Coordinate meetings, document key takeaways, and prepare communications for broader distribution.
- Champion established processes, tool governance, and service-level agreements.
- Develop compelling reports and presentations that visualize data and highlight key consumer insights.
- Analyze user journey friction points, technical performance issues, and customer experience challenges.
- Contextualize quantitative test results and qualitative research within the broader business context.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, project/program management, or digital operations
- Excellent execution and organizational skills
- Familiarity with online shopping journeys, UX principles, and e-commerce KPIs
- Genuine interest in customer experience, user research, and emerging technologies
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with project management and workflow systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence)
- Experience with A/B testing platforms, quantitative or qualitative test design, and/or UX analysis tools (e.g., UserTesting, Glassbox, Google Analytics, Looker)
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $49.61 to $55.13 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
