As a Campaign Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind engaging communications and experiences that educate, inspire, and delight customers throughout their journey with innovative hardware products. Partnering with a global tech giant through Aquent, you’ll shape how users connect with cutting-edge technology.
This role blends artistry and analysis, calling for a creative mind with a data-driven approach. You’ll craft compelling copy, review creative designs, and extract actionable insights from data, all while juggling multiple priorities and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the launch and management of campaigns, overseeing every aspect from design and development to testing, measurement, and reporting.
  • Curate a forward-looking customer communications calendar that aligns with product roadmaps and promotional strategies.
  • Implement sophisticated segmentation strategies, message matrices, welcome and onboarding journeys, cross-sell/upsell plans, testing/optimization initiatives, and customer retention programs across multiple channels and geographies.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, coordinating timely feedback and approvals from stakeholders at all levels.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors, ensuring timely, on-brand, and budget-conscious campaign execution across multiple regions.
  • Compile and regularly update standardized performance reports for stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of work experience, including at least 2 years in either email marketing or a creative agency setting.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of email marketing best practices.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing email lifecycle marketing campaigns within a B2C direct or digital marketing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, project management capabilities, and meticulous attention to detail, enabling effective execution and high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, successful cross-functional collaboration experience, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience launching global email campaigns.
  • Creative agency experience or experience managing creative agencies.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.64 to $61.83 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
