This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to:
- Be the go-to expert on product(s) or feature(s), collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide input on development, conduct market analysis, and anticipate industry trends.
- Lead the development of marketing plans for regional or functional teams, setting priorities, defining positioning, and identifying target audiences.
- Develop and implement strategies for product marketing content across multiple channels. Define, collect, and track key product metrics (both quantitative and qualitative) to measure success.
- Validate market size and opportunity, identifying potential growth areas and collaborating with teams to build compelling rationales and visions. Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new products and features.
- Gather user insights to inform product development and marketing strategies, advocating for optimal user experiences and promoting engagement.
- Shape product brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
- Create compelling marketing content, collaborating with cross-functional teams to iterate and refine based on content standards.
- Conduct user research, leveraging internal and external partners to gather valuable insights.
- Manage and execute medium- to large-scale campaigns, analyzing performance, optimizing channels, and driving results.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing (growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Proficiency in: Product positioning, Data analysis and synthesis, Consumer behavior, Situational leadership, Campaign management, Marketing briefs, Client/partner management/advising, Brand management, Industry knowledge, Storytelling, and Go-to-market activities.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65.07 to $72.31 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
