About the Role:
As a Program Manager within the Consumer Category Management team, you will be immersed in a hybrid role encompassing program and finance management. You will support the planning, execution, and performance reporting of investments for consumer products. Collaborate closely with category managers, finance partners, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, compliance, and optimization of the investment portfolio. Your insights and recommendations will be instrumental in maximizing resources and driving business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the rhythm of business, supporting key performance indicator reviews, staff meetings, leadership reviews, financial reviews, and organizational meetings.
  • Manage organizational communications, maintain Internal collaboration sites, prepare weekly leadership updates, and drive closure on ad hoc actions.
  • Oversee financial management, prepare regular financial status reports, and communicate status to drive action. Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes using Business intelligence dashboards Lead the financial focal network to enhance accountability, visibility, and process improvements.
  • Spearhead cross-organizational projects and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders, talent acquisition, and recruiting teams.
  • Streamline business processes, optimizing for quality, efficiency, and resource management. Develop new processes and tools to continuously improve organizational efficiency.
  • Manage the rhythm of business (ROB), including business reviews, technical reviews, annual planning, leadership staff meetings, and cross-organizational business reporting.
  • Drive operational excellence, planning, implementing, and monitoring projects that enhance team efficiency.
  • Support executive decision-making through data-driven insights and scenario modeling. Facilitate cross-functional decision forums and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.
  • Develop high-impact communications for executive, manager-level, and organization-wide audiences.
  • Manage organizational assets, including presentations, policies and procedures, websites, Internal collaboration sites, and Team communication workspaces channels.
  • Lead and execute organization-wide strategic initiatives and change management projects.
  • Streamline reporting goals, develop and maintain comprehensive KPIs, and influence internal stakeholders on KPIs.
  • Drive employee engagement efforts, including recognition, awards, feedback programs, and people planning initiatives.
  • Lead and orchestrate resource management, planning, and fiscal year priority processes.
  • Plan and organize content for all-hands meetings, offsites, leadership team meetings, and business reviews.
  • Drive university engagement efforts and support the end-to-end process.
  • Partner with stakeholders within the team and organization to manage and drive special projects.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in program and finance management.
  • 8+ years of experience with financial tools.
  • 8+ years of experience with project management software.
  • 8+ years of experience with productivity tools 
  • PMI or PMP certification
  • Prior experience with finance

  • Strong financial, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced with spreadsheets and task management skills.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
  • Ability to provide insights and recommendations to improve processes and performance.
  • Ability to create process documentation.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.68 to $54.09 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
