Ready to make a real impact? A Fortune 100 healthcare company, partnering with Aquent, is seeking a skilled Campaign Marketing Advisor to join their Center of Excellence. You’ll be a key player in shaping customer communications, leveraging your marketing expertise and data-driven insights to optimize campaign strategies and drive meaningful results. This isn’t just about executing campaigns—it’s about owning them from strategy to launch, collaborating with diverse teams, and constantly seeking innovative ways to connect with customers.
As a Campaign Marketing Advisor, you will:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, from ideation to launch, leveraging customer data and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand, lifecycle marketing, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and recommend data-driven optimizations.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Leverage data platforms and campaign management systems to target the right customers with the right message at the right time.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging marketing trends to inform campaign strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between IT and business stakeholders, translating technical requirements and managing expectations.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer campaign implementation.
  • Proven experience in direct marketing, with a strong emphasis on campaign development and management.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in working with HTML and email send providers (ESPs).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and customer privacy.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with SQL and data platforms.
  • Familiarity with various direct marketing platforms (e.g., RedPoint, Teradata, SalesForce).
  • Healthcare industry experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $55.37 to $61.53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
