Please note: only candidates within commuting distance to Westlake, TX will be considered for this role. 

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Install, configure, and maintain Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) hardware, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide expert technical support for conferencing rooms, troubleshooting audio/video equipment issues and ensuring seamless meeting experiences.
  • Empower users through training and assistance on UCaaS systems and conferencing equipment, maximizing their productivity and collaboration.
  • Proactively perform regular maintenance and updates on UCaaS hardware and conferencing room systems, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
  • Collaborate closely with IT and facilities teams to maintain a robust and integrated technology infrastructure.
  • Meticulously document installations, configurations, and troubleshooting activities, contributing to a knowledge base for continuous improvement.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical support role, with a focus on UCaaS systems and conferencing room hardware.
  • Strong proficiency in UCaaS technologies, audio/video conferencing systems, and related hardware.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and concise communication with technical and non-technical users.
  • A customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing exceptional support and exceeding user expectations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, collaborating with IT and facilities colleagues.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is 36.00 to $40.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
