Seeking a highly customer-centric Open Enrollment Specialist to support our preferred client’s internal and external stakeholders.
*** NOTE THAT THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE FOLLOWING A SCHEDULE THAT’S ON PST/PDT HOURS – 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM ***
Core Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Primary point of contact for Physicians during the open enrollment period, assisting them with benefit selection and enrollment processes.

Providing Information & Guidance: Explain different benefit plans, eligibility requirements, and enrollment procedures clearly and concisely to customers.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Help Physicians navigate the enrollment process, address their concerns, and resolve any issues they may encounter.

Data Management: May also be responsible for helping to enter and update customer enrollment data in relevant systems accurately.
Skills and Qualifications:

Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear communication, are needed.

Knowledge of Benefits: A solid understanding of different benefit plans (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans) and enrollment processes would be essential.

Problem-solving: Should be able to identify and resolve customer or Physician issues related to enrollment effectively.

Computer Proficiency: Would need to be comfortable using computer systems and software to manage customer data and enrollment information.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills would be needed to efficiently manage multiple tasks and customer interactions.
