Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Pharmacist in Boston, MA!

This position is 100% on-site and has a specific schedule.  For these reasons, we will only consider candidates who curently live in Boston and live a commutable distace to the location.

In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:

• Be authorized to work in the United States
• Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment.  C2C is not permitted for this position.

As a Staff Pharmacist, you’ll be an integral part of a dedicated team, working in a supportive, apothecary-like environment, while having the resources of a large organization at your fingertips.

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist passionate about patient care and looking to work with a leading specialty pharmacy provider. In this role, you’ll be directly involved in improving patients’ health outcomes, working closely with providers and patients to manage complex chronic conditions. This is more than just filling prescriptions; it’s about building relationships and making a tangible difference in people’s lives.

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately fill prescriptions for patients with chronic diseases
• Provide exceptional care and service to patients and providers
• Collaborate with sales staff on marketing activities and networking with local providers
• Mentor and supervise pharmacy technicians and interns
• Partner with the pharmacy manager to ensure smooth daily operations

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Massachusetts
• Minimum of one year of experience
• Availability Monday-Friday, 8 am – 6 pm, with potential for overtime

Nice-to-Haves:

• Previous leadership experience
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a team environment

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $67.42 to $70.42 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
