As an Advertising Campaign Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of marketing campaigns for a major gaming subscription service, collaborating with marketers, designers, and production teams to acquire and retain subscribers. You will develop comprehensive campaign plans, translate them into actionable steps for production teams, and manage relationships with key partners.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for a large gaming subscription service across various platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create compelling campaign decks, including messaging, target audience identification, and creative assets.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and objectives.
  • Track campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimizations to improve effectiveness.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Route campaign decks into actionable steps for production teams using project management tools.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign development.
  • 3+ years of experience in copywriting and messaging.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management for marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience in the gaming industry.
  • Experience with ad trafficking or paid ads.
  • Experience managing web campaigns or websites and A/B testing.
  • A passion for gaming.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $59.49 to $66.10 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
