Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a Product Owner!
While this position is remote, we will only consider candidates who currently live in the United States and are willing to travel to our cliet’s office on a quarterly basis.
In addition, to be considered for this role, you must:
- Be authorized to work in the United States
- Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assigment. C2C is not permitted for this position.

As a Product Owner, you’ll be the driving force behind maximizing product value, collaborating closely with stakeholders and the development team. You’ll ensure the right product is built, in the right order, within budget and on time. Your leadership will be essential in guiding the team’s priorities and fostering a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Actively participate in all SAFe Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, PI planning, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Lead breakout sessions for your scrum team(s) during quarterly PI planning.
- Facilitate user story creation and refinement, ensuring a balanced workload for the development team based on capacity.
- Prioritize user stories based on the company’s Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) strategy, focusing on a top-down value approach.
- Collaborate with external partners, internal technical teams, and business owners to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of technical solutions.
- Partner with Product Managers, IT Directors, Solution Architects, Scrum Masters, and other key stakeholders to align on project timelines and strategic goals.
- Proactively identify and remove roadblocks to ensure timely delivery of technical solutions.
- Develop deep expertise within your designated product area.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of experience managing all stages of the SDLC within Healthcare Product solutions
- Strong user experience intuition and the ability to translate complex problems into user-friendly solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-building skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL, ASA, or other analytics software
- Healthcare Interoperability experience, including FHIR
- Familiarity with CMS Risk Adjustment and Quality Measure Reporting
- UAT/PPV testing experience
- Progressive strategic and operational experience
- Strong performance orientation for delivering high-quality technology products
- SAFe PO/PM certification
- Data Governance and/or Data Stewardship experience
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $37.24 to $41.38 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
