As a Program Manager, you will play a vital role in a global infrastructure organization, focusing on product production, project management, onboarding suppliers, budgeting, and maintaining schedules. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence key stakeholders, and drive projects from inception to completion. This is a unique opportunity to work on innovative, first-of-its-kind products at the forefront of technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, communicate, and deliver project information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage projects and delivery performance, focusing on tangible outcomes and high-quality deliverables.
  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end, utilizing appropriate project management frameworks and methodologies.
  • Guide cross-team and third-party partnerships, influencing without authority and leveraging diverse teams.
  • Apply project management standards, compliance, and best practices to ensure on-time, within-budget, and on-scope project delivery.
  • Manage project financials, ensuring financial integrity.
  • Mentor team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Implement onboarding processes for new hires.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience guiding cross-team and third-party partnerships.
  • 8+ years of project management experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in time management, including handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Prior experience with the client or knowledge of their operations.
  • Experience within a CO+I or similar environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and proven experience managing international, medium-scale technology and medium-complex software/hardware development projects.
  • Master’s degree in a relevant subject or equivalent work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.88 to $83.20 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
