As an Operations Admin Specialist, you’ll be a vital part of a leading national donor-advised fund provider, impacting thousands of charities nationwide. This exciting role offers the opportunity to dive into the heart of donor operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of contributions. You will be instrumental in managing the flow of critical operational work, collaborating with advisors and donors, and contributing directly to the success of this impactful organization. This position reports to the Team Manager of Donor Services and offers valuable exposure to upper management.
Please note, only candidate within commuting distance of Dallas, TX will be considered. This position is hybrid in office Monday-Thursday, with Friday from home.
Ready to make an impact? Here’s how you’ll contribute:
- Manage all incoming operational volume, including case remediation, contribution queues, and account paperwork processing.
- Follow up on asset transfers and generate weekly reports.
- Contact advisors and donors to resolve issues with paperwork, utilizing phone and electronic alerts.
- Leverage online and internal resources to provide accurate and complete information.
- Proactively seek opportunities to expand your knowledge and contribute to process improvements.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operational support or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with advisors and donors.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely processing of information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $19.80-$22.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
