Aquent is seeking a skilled Campaign Manager to join a dynamic team focused on elevating the online shopping experience within the Fashion and Home categories. You will be instrumental in developing and executing cutting-edge advertising campaigns that drive customer engagement and sales. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, manage, and optimize managed service and self-service campaigns, encompassing both brand building and direct response strategies.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign success using internal analytics tools.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to best practices throughout the entire campaign lifecycle, from pre-sale planning to post-sale analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, providing exceptional client service and fostering strong relationships.
- Manage campaign assets, including creative materials, insertion orders, and documentation, ensuring seamless campaign launches.
- Partner with the analytics team to generate insightful reports and identify optimization opportunities.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure smooth execution across all platforms.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to clients, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree
- 3+ years of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong project management skills
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior online trafficking and campaign management experience
- Experience with bid management platforms and active campaign optimization
- Comfortable communicating with team members via email, slack, and on calls
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.52 to $52.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
