Be a vital part of a dynamic, high-visibility team within a global retail leader. This team champions targeted and accountable digital advertising, leveraging first-party membership sales data for maximum impact. This role offers a unique opportunity to merge your creative process management skills with cutting-edge data-driven strategies.
PLEASE NOTE: This role is HYBRID, 3 days onsite in one of the hubs. (San Bruno,CA or Bentonville, AR or Hoboken, NJ)
As a Creative Process Manager, you will:
- Manage the creative production process for multiple client accounts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of campaign assets.
- Collaborate with clients to gather source files, develop creative briefs, and manage feedback throughout the creative development cycle.
- Utilize project management software (Workfront) to initiate work requests, create production schedules, assign tasks, and track progress.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including account managers, designers, and copywriters, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and enforce production requirements, including timelines and revision rounds.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential risks to campaign deliverables.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Operations, Creative Production, Business Operations Management, Account Management, or Marketing.
- Experience in the digital media industry, preferably within an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, including issue resolution, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.43 to $62.70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
