Here’s What You’ll Do: Conduct comprehensive financial solvency reviews of plan partners, provider groups, hospitals, and vendors. Perform meticulous audits, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring adherence to regulatory and contractual requirements. Analyze financial data, identify trends, and assess potential risks, contributing to the organization’s financial health. Collaborate with interdepartmental teams to address financial solvency issues and implement corrective action plans. Stay abreast of industry regulations and guidelines, ensuring the organization’s compliance with evolving standards. Mentor and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, demonstrating a deep understanding of financial principles and regulations. One or more of the following certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Proven ability to conduct thorough financial analyses, identify risks, and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: CPA Certification Healthcare industry experience, particularly in managed care. The target hiring compensation range for this role is not provided.
