Be a key driver in shaping the future of energy! As the Agile Project Manager, you will navigate the complex landscape of regulatory requirements, ensuring timely and accurate filings that impact millions. You will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and acting as a subject matter expert for critical components of regulatory submissions. This role demands a strategic mindset, a passion for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Project manage multiple workstreams to meet regulatory filing milestones and deliver a final product.
  • Understand technical calculations, requirements, and strategies for regulatory chapters and filings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for assigned portions of the regulatory filings.
  • Develop project schedules, coordinate with experts across the company, and facilitate stakeholder meetings to develop solutions.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with technical experts, ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Develop presentations on recommended strategies for the regulatory filing.
  • Write testimony within the regulatory filing that reflects approved strategy from leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop requirements, adhere to schedules, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience project managing strategic business initiatives impacting future business investments.
  • Ability to understand technical details and calculations of managed projects.
  • Capacity to develop recommendations independently with minimal direction.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $48.08 to $53.43 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
