Integrated Promotions Manager

You will be the driving force behind developing and executing innovative promotional campaigns, ensuring maximum impact across various platforms.
As the Manager, Integrated Promotions, you will:

• Spearhead the creation of promotional materials, tailoring messaging and creative assets for online platforms, print media, special events, and partnerships.
• Navigate the legal landscape of promotions, managing Statements of Work (SOWs), sweepstakes, and contest administration.
• Collaborate with legal, development, and graphic design teams to secure approvals for all promotional materials.
• Meticulously track and analyze program performance, compiling summaries, results, and visual assets for comprehensive promotional reports.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in marketing and promotions within the entertainment industry (agency experience also welcome).
• Proven track record of executing multi-platform consumer promotions.
• Extensive project management expertise.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel in both team collaborations and independent projects.
• Forward-thinking approach, staying informed about the latest promotional and marketing trends.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Should be familiar with FX content. This role will support three shows: a horror sci-fri, a comedy, and a drama. Candidates need to be comfortable with TVMA content and comfortable discussing the subject matter. It would be helpful for candidates to be interested in pop culture – what’s trending, what’s cool, what’s going on in the zeitgeist. Knowledge of social media apps and how they work.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $43.63 to $48.48 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
