Please note this is a hybrid role in Culver City, CA. You must be able to work 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and 2 days remote (Monday and Friday).

As a Marketing Campaign Project Manager partnering with Aquent, you’ll be the driving force behind innovative, 360-degree campaigns that capture attention and drive results. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead high-visibility projects from inception to launch. You will collaborate with a dynamic team of creatives, strategists, and producers, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact. Your ability to connect the dots across multiple workstreams will be essential to delivering campaigns that resonate with audiences worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee marketing projects from initial briefing to final execution, meticulously managing timelines and milestones.
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between internal teams and external agency partners.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks, escalating risks and decisions to leadership as needed.
  • Serve as the central point of contact, maintaining project status reports and clearly communicating next steps to cross-functional teams.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine processes to optimize efficiency and collaboration with internal teams and agency partners.
  • Manage and track project budgets and priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of project management or account management experience, with a proven track record of successfully executing complex creative campaigns and projects.
  • Experience managing a full-service creative agency developing 360 marketing campaigns.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams to launch integrated campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of film and 2D production processes.
  • Experience managing substantial budgets, demonstrating the ability to adjust investments strategically based on business priorities and production realities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen effectively, socialize ideas across functions, and unite teams under a shared vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and credibility with senior leadership.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, proactive approach, and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and processes.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $73.20 to $81.34 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
