As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the supplier partnerships and operations to effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal partners, driving shared success.
  • Participate in key meetings, distilling complex information into actionable summaries and driving next steps.
  • Create compelling reports and presentations that provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze data, identify correlations, and synthesize information into concise and impactful summaries.
  • Provide essential support to the vendor management function, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the identification, solutioning, and testing of product enhancements.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of projects, processes, and operations.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between vendors, partners, and clients to ensure alignment and meet business needs.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in data and information analysis, or a related field, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and proven analytical abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and navigate challenging situations.
  • Proven ability to develop deep domain expertise and effectively communicate insights to influence decisions.
  • Experience collaborating directly with senior leaders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong team-centric approach, with a proven track record of building robust partnerships across various functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly and strategically to the evolving demands of business and technology.
  • Ability to effectively incorporate feedback from leadership to refine approaches and strategies.
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.79 to $83.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
