As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind multiple strategic projects, from inception to completion. You will analyze program needs, identify challenges and opportunities, and recommend solutions to enhance project delivery. Your ability to clearly communicate project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences will be essential. You’ll also play a key role in developing executive-level presentations that showcase the program’s vision and achievements.
Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end management of multiple strategic projects focused on scaling operations and transforming client request processes.
2. Analyze program plans to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities, proposing solutions and recommending changes to improve efficiency.
3. Develop compelling communication materials (e.g., presentations) for diverse audiences, conveying project objectives, progress, and outcomes.
4. Create executive-level presentations summarizing program objectives, progress, and key concepts.
5. Identify project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address challenges.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience managing large-scale projects in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results under tight deadlines

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $56.52 to $62.80 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
