We’re seeking a strategic, systems-level thinker to join our UX team as a Senior UX Researcher, supporting global, enterprise-grade supply chain platforms. This role will nurture and maintain strong partnerships across product, engineering, and business teams and drive human-centered strategy across key product pillars.
You’ll lead discovery and evaluative research across multiple complex domains—from supplier performance analytics and risk mitigation to role-based access and compliance tooling. This isn’t just usability testing—this is about uncovering latent user needs, reframing problem spaces, and helping teams prioritize what matters most through evidence. You’ll work closely with designers, product owners, and data scientists to drive clarity, reduce friction, and shape experiences that scale across a large global organization with diverse personas.
This is an opportunity to step into a well-established research rhythm with deep org context, while also influencing what comes next as the team continues to scale AI-driven insight and data customization tools.
This level guides, defines, and executes research of high complexity, covering many user classes and personas, which may involve creating new user classes and personas. You’ll leads and participates in the creation of the user experience (UX) strategy for a broad set of related solutions. Insights and recommendations influence the design of highly complex solutions, or component(s) of a larger or more complex solution. These solutions enable highly complex processes involving numerous and diverse back-end systems. You’ll actively work to share knowledge across workgroups.
What You’ll Do
Performs end-user facing research to gain insights that will impact an intentional user experience at an enterprise /corporate level organization.
Communicates insights for use in the design process.
Stays abreast of new methods, technology, and trends that impact user experience research and design practices and determines applicability.
Ensures the end-user voice is represented throughout the solution development process and that the user experience is consistent with the user experience strategy.
Major Duties
Uses appropriate research methodology, tools, and protocols to conduct user-centered research.
Performs subjective and objective research both qualitatively and quantitatively, to gather deep end-user understanding.
Leverages appropriate personas and ensures testing covers representative user populations and personas.
Performs usability/heuristic evaluations and validations across the product or solution life-cycle.
Communicates research insights resulting in recommendations and priorities for user-centric design.
Defines the most usable workflows that align with the explicit design philosophy for products and/or solutions.
Skills, Abilities, Knowledge
Knowledge of various competitive and market research methodologies and methods for organizing and accessing information.
Understand how to represent user populations using meaningful personas.

Compensation Range: $70 – $75 hrly (DOE)
