In this exciting role, you will spearhead marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute impactful paid media campaigns. You’ll be the strategic leader, guiding everything from creative development to budget management, ensuring alignment with business priorities and maximizing campaign performance.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns, driving awareness and product adoption.
  • Guide and oversee the campaign execution team (creative, analytics, finance, media lab), ensuring alignment with campaign priorities.
  • Provide strategic input on campaigns, focusing on features, messaging, and business priorities.
  • Spearhead cross-functional initiatives, managing project execution and maintaining visibility on progress.
  • Conduct campaign analysis to extract actionable insights for future planning.
  • Develop compelling messaging for new features, focusing on consumer-facing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional Go-to-Market teams to ensure campaign alignment with overarching priorities.
  • Develop a global perspective on campaign strategy and provide guidance to local teams.
  • Share campaign performance, learnings, and insights with the broader marketing community.
  • Keep senior stakeholders informed on campaign progress through regular updates and presentations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, including raising purchase orders, managing forecasts, and approving invoices.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in tech product marketing, spanning multiple disciplines (growth, product, brand, social) with a focus on digital advertising and measurement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and cross-team projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project management.
  • Ability to translate campaign insights into strategic marketing and product recommendations.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Expertise in digital video advertising, with a proven track record of driving growth across various platforms.
  • Experience in product positioning, narrative development, and creating compelling product collateral.
  • Experience with AI/ML product marketing.
  • Ability to lead global product marketing initiatives, fostering strong regional partnerships.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including developing and presenting executive-level presentations.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $73.42 to $81.58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
