Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Are you a highly organized and resourceful administrative professional looking to join a dynamic team at a leading global organization? We are seeking a dedicated Secretary/Assistant to provide critical secretarial and administrative support, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication.
In this vital role, you’ll be at the heart of our office, handling complex and confidential assignments with precision. You’ll apply advanced computer and process skills, leveraging your understanding of organizational operations to contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Efficiently type formal letters, interoffice correspondence, and various documents, ensuring accuracy through meticulous proofreading. You’ll also compose independent responses to inquiries.

Communication Hub: Serve as a primary point of contact by answering telephones and expertly handling information requests at an advanced level.

Records Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive departmental records and files, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.

Travel & Meeting Coordination: Skillfully arrange travel schedules and reservations, and coordinate important meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and managing audio/visual equipment.

Operational Oversight: Assist with monitoring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of critical business system transactions.

Training & Mentorship: Opportunity to supervise and train others, contributing to team development and process efficiency.
Qualifications:

Demonstrated proficiency in secretarial and administrative duties.

Advanced computer and process skills, with a strong understanding of organizational operations.

Proven experience in typing, proofreading, and composing correspondence independently.

Excellent communication skills for handling telephone inquiries and coordinating diverse activities.

Strong organizational skills with an ability to set up and maintain detailed records and files.

Experience with travel arrangements and meeting coordination.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23 to $28 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
