As a Scrum Master, you will be the driving force behind highly effective Agile development teams. You’ll empower cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results by fostering collaboration, removing obstacles, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement. Your expertise will be essential in guiding teams through Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles, and promoting open communication. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape processes and mentor team members, contributing directly to the success of cutting-edge projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Foster collaboration and transparency within and between cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate discussions and decision-making to drive project success.
- Proactively identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress.
- Instill a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and best practices.
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics.
- Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to prioritize and refine the product backlog.
- Provide training and coaching on Agile principles and practices, mentoring team members in Agile methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of directly relevant work experience as a Scrum Master
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $63 to $70 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
