Project Manager, Product Change Workflow

We’re looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead the execution of a product change workflow program, supporting cross-functional alignment across Global Operations, Product Development, and Global Technology. This role will drive delivery against a technical roadmap, manage tool transitions, and ensure the success of implementation through training, feedback collection, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of a global product change workflow initiative

  • Partner with engineering teams to align on development priorities and maintain delivery timelines

  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage implementation

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from product teams, collaborating with engineering to drive continuous improvements

  • Support the transition and rollout of internal tools, including training, triage, and stakeholder communication

  • Track progress and ensure milestones are met in alignment with the broader product roadmap

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in product development and Agile program/project management

  • Proven experience working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders

  • Strong ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and drive tool development forward

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical audiences

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., PEGA)

  • Familiarity with go-to-market product development timelines

  • Track record of managing internal tool launches from proof of concept through live deployment
