We are seeking a proactive and perceptive AI/ML Program Manager to support a cross-functional team delivering foundational AI/ML initiatives. This role requires a resilient and adaptable individual who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments and can confidently navigate ambiguity while keeping teams aligned and projects on track.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure AI/ML program objectives are delivered on time and within budget

  • Develop and maintain program plans, manage dependencies and timelines, and align efforts across multiple related projects

  • Ensure AI/ML data assets and models are organized, discoverable, and reusable across initiatives

  • Track program milestones, performance metrics, and proactively identify and resolve risks and roadblocks

  • Oversee resource allocation and utilization across the program

  • Maintain quality standards and ensure individual project outputs support overall program goals

  • Lead risk management activities related to the program

  • Actively participate in team scrum ceremonies and planning sessions

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a program management role, preferably supporting technology or data-driven initiatives

  • Experience with JIRA is required

  • Familiarity with AI/ML processes is highly preferred

  • Experience in risk management is a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

  • Scrum certification is a nice-to-have but not mandatory

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $46.80 to $52.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
