The individual responsible for the overall planning and execution oversight of campaigns within a variety of mediums. The candidate will be well versed in developing project plans, timelines, and manage delivery of material from inception through completion. While building relationships across the enterprise, this individual will serve as project manager, marketing consultant, creative service liaison, and production partner. In this role, they will know how to balance both the needs and requirements of the business, along with the needs and requirements of the internal teams to help ensure that the quality of the work is high, projects are run efficiently, communications are clear, and the process is optimal. Additionally, the campaign manager will align themselves with their business partners to identify and define project objectives, budgets, messaging, distribution methods, and other related information needed to successfully deliver and deploy.
Experience in digital marketing and marketing automation is required. Ideal candidate will exhibit strong communication and writing skills, client service skills, team and production management skills, and a strong understanding of digital technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end campaign development inclusive of timelines, marketing deliverables, and execution
- Develop milestones and schedules for projects and provide ongoing project status updates
- Align with strategy team on the development of communication plans and Implement multi-channel coordinated campaigns based on marketing strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute accurate and effective campaigns
- Ensure campaign is aligned to creative brief and requirements
- Understand requirement documents and work with Capabilities and Execution teams to design, build and deploy against campaign goals
- Manage compilation of production requirements and assets prior to hand off to execution team.
- Effectively plan and organize the work of you and your team- handling multiple projects efficiently, effectively and productively
- Develop full knowledge of all factors (internal and external/market) affecting the business’s marketing goals and plans as well as full knowledge of the current marketing situation

Requirements:
- Several years’ related job experience may be strongly preferred.
- Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Understand current marketing trends.
- The ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $41.94 to $46.60 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
