As a Business Analyst, you will be a key player in the design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools and solutions. You’ll translate user stories into functional requirements, collaborating closely with architects and engineers to ensure seamless integration and implementation. Your expertise will be essential in validating functionality, supporting test cycles, and participating in production deployments. You will also contribute to technical project planning, ensuring alignment between the product roadmap and sprint activities.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support PPM tools and solutions.
- Translate user stories into functional requirements and create supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to refine requirements and ensure story readiness.
- Review story acceptance criteria for completeness, clarity, and testability.
- Support technical project planning and test cycles.
- Validate functionality against specifications and design.
- Actively participate in production deployments.
- Contribute to sprint planning and Agile scrum activities.
- Partner with product managers to align roadmap and sprint activities.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience across all Clarity PPM modules supporting configurations, enhancements, and customizations in Clarity PPM ModernUX.
- Proven experience supporting Broadcom Clarity PPM upgrade/implementation 16.X or higher in a web-based hosted SaaS environment.
- Experience working on an Agile delivery team.
- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
- Excellent analytical and technical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of business analysis, application and solution design, SDLC, and integration.
- Experience in technical project planning and writing technical specifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Certification in Agile methodologies.
- Experience with PPM and ERP integrations.
- Experience supporting large-scale businesses and time entry systems.
- Experience with test-driven development methodologies.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $74.79 to $83.11 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
