This role will work closely with communications, marketing, and leaders to create engaging, compelling, and effective content for distribution to our employees, partners, and customer audiences. This role will play a pivotal role in driving alignment, excitement, and clarity across a variety of messaging assets. Day-to-day responsibilities will include working closely with our partner teams to deeply understand the messaging to be delivered and how best to do so.

Online portfolio of work is REQUIRED.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Creating engaging on-brand creative in support of communications initiatives across digital, print, social, and more
  • Designing presentations with illustrations, icons, imagery and effective storytelling to support delivering keynotes and other presentations to internal and external audiences
  • Creating employee, partner and customer-facing video assets from start to finish, both independently and in collaboration with video production teams
  • Thinking strategically and understanding the “big picture” of a particular project/campaign, and the needs of the stakeholder audiences
  • Cross-collaborating with Marketing and Brand Teams to ensure consistent messaging and accurate translation of the company’s style guidelines
  • Manage the full lifecycle of graphic assets from concept to delivery
  • Identify and resolve production challenges to meet tight deadlines
  • Continually striving to raise the bar by measuring impact and seeking audience feedback to determine areas for improvement
  • Adapt flexibly to organizational changes and evolving priorities

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years minimum experience in a design environment
  • BA/BFA in Design or equivalent
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with digital media tools such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating engaging presentations
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends and industry best practices
  • Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, corporate environments
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings
  • Excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of Printing Process and setting up files for print (including color management, bleed, trim marks, and file preparation)
  • Proficiency in project management tools, especially Asana
  • Experience using Canva for quick design solutions and team collaboration

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $57.03 to $63.37 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
