Overview:
This innovative organization, a leader in the evolving healthcare landscape, seeks a seasoned Social Media Community Manager to cultivate and expand its online presence. You will champion the brand’s voice, engage with diverse audiences, and leverage data-driven strategies to optimize social media campaigns. This role requires expertise in community management, content creation, and social media analytics. This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging content strategies across various social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage social media channels, including community moderation, responding to inquiries, and fostering positive interactions.
  • Plan and execute online promotions and campaigns to drive fan engagement and acquisition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.
  • Analyze social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of social media trends and best practices, identifying opportunities to enhance the brand’s online presence.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to integrate social media feedback into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Source and contract influencers for various business lines.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of community management experience
  • Deep understanding of social media best practices and platform-specific nuances
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience interacting with senior management and diverse audiences
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Sprinkler and Ads Manager( Meta)
  • Experience with Healthcare

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience running online promotions (e.g., sweepstakes, contests)
  • 5+ years of experience managing social media presence, online marketing strategies, or online communities
  • Experience engaging large communities (1 million+ members)
  • Experience with paid social media advertising
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29.05 to $32.28 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
