Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute engaging content for various platforms, including internal websites, presentations, and videos.
  • Manage communication review processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company messaging.
  • Create and manage tasks, surveys, and automated forms across different tools and systems.
  • Map and optimize communication processes for maximum efficiency.
  • Support the planning and execution of key strategic events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure consistent messaging.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in communications or a related role.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to create compelling content for different audiences.
  • Strong understanding of communication principles and best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in various communication tools and platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Graphic design experience
  • Program or project management experience
  • Experience with go-to-market strategy
  • Experience in running conferences or large events

 

 

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45.91 to $51.02/Hourly (W2). Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
