This role is hybrid, 3 days on-site, 2 days remote in Buffalo, NY.
Summary: The main function of a global marketing program administrator is to provide administrative support for B2B loyalty program marketing activities and benefits delivery to loyalty members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams in countries in North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America to provide an exceptional member customer experience.
- Manage loyalty program concierge mailbox, reference program documentation, respond to member inquiries, and recognize when to route inquiries to in-country subject matter experts.
- Provide member support and training in adopting platform benefit redemption tools.
- Follow established processes to fulfill benefit requests through online tools, submit requests to purchase benefit inventory, and load inventory into online tools.
- Maintain records and pull reports for benefit delivery and related expenses per country monthly.
- Provide administrative support for global program team, schedule meetings with country marketing teams, manage agendas, take and distribute meeting notes.

- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task completion skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in delivering customer service through email and video conference calls.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative services, and/or customer service.
- Experience with technology industry and B2B marketing preferred.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $32/HR. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
