Overview:
This is a unique opportunity to lead a critical program focused on developing and implementing dynamic space metrics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, UX, and stakeholders across various business units. This role requires a highly organized and driven individual with a proven track record in technical program management, a knack for navigating complex projects, and a passion for creating impactful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transition of program ownership from Munich, Germany to Kirkland, WA, establishing new engagement models with key partners and customers.
- Own and manage the project plan, risk assessment, escalation processes, and communication strategies, ensuring all tools and records are up-to-date.
- Define the program structure and drive execution in a split geographical engineering model between the US and India.
- Develop and implement transition plans for joint program ownership with an India-based Technical Program Manager and a future US-based Technical Program Manager.
- Provide comprehensive program leadership, encompassing planning, execution, risk management, communication, change management, and reporting.
- Collaborate effectively with engineering, product management, UX, partners, and customer engagement teams.
- Drive key program activities, including daily sprints, program reviews, stakeholder meetings, metric reporting, and communications.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Strong experience leading technical programs and software development.
- Familiarity with technical integrations of systems and data sources.
- Ability to work across multiple time zones with flexibility.
- Strong customer and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and demonstrate initiative.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Prior experience within similar organizations.
- Familiarity with project management and bug tracking tools.
